Calypso Coaster
Run the gauntlet on the Calypso Coaster as you plunge through duel high-speed water slides either with a partner or solo. Scream in the dark as the coaster transports down it's perilous peak. Exit the coaster into the Rambling Bayou River for a major soaking.

Cabanas
With a tropical Cabana Hut, you can establish an official rendezvous point for regrouping your party. Recline and relax under the shade while overlooking the wave pool. Accommodate up to 4 guests in your own private Cabana for the entire day.

Aruba Tuba
Stress your senses to the limit as jet down this adrenaline-pumping water ride. Go solo or with a partner as you jet down this perilous slide. Be out of control as you glide wildly down this steep slide with hair-pin turns, delightful gushers, and gallons of refreshing water.

Caribbean Corkscrew
Get siphoned through translucent dueling tubes for the most exciting ride ever. Challenge your rival as you race to the finish through gushing water. Don't miss this one-of-a-kind corkscrew that twists, turns, and twirls it's victims for 230-foot ride.

Everglides
This amazing ride will hydro-glide over the top of the water from an incline of over 72 feet. As you jet down with ever-increasing speed, hold to your seat a for pulse-pounding thrill ride. Jet down solo or with a partner as you race to the bottom of this high-speed incline. The faster you go, the farther you hydroplane over the 72-foot pool.

Gulf Scream
Get carried perilously down 210-feet of pure action-packed excitement. This high-octane thrill-ride can accelerate at top speeds of 25 mph. Go solo or pair up with a partner as you swish haplessly down this legacy water slide. Make a big finally as you plunge into the Gulf Scream pool at the bottom.

Driving Directions to Adventure Island in Tampa, Florida

From the North:
Begin travelling South on I-75 to I-275, then South to the Fowler Avenue take exit (Exit #51). Next turn east (left) onto Fowler Avenue and continue proceed 2.5 miles to McKinley Drive. Turn south (right) onto McKinley and proceed to the main parking lot entrance.

From the South:
Begin travelling North on I-75, continue past intersection of I-4, then to Fowler Avenue exit #265. Exit is also the same for the University of South Florida. Bear left on the exit ramp, and it will lead you directly onto Fowler Avenue. Proceed west on Fowler Avenue to McKinley Drive. (McKinley Drive is the first light past the main entrance to the University.) Turn left onto McKinley. Proceed south on McKinley to parking and the main entrance to the park.

From St. Petersburg :
Begin travel North on I-275 to the FOWLER AVENUE exit (Exit #51). Turn east (right) onto Fowler Avenue and proceed 2.5 miles to McKinley Drive. Turn south (right) onto McKinley and proceed to the main parking lot entrance.

From Orlando:
Travel WEST on I-4 to I-75. Go NORTH on I-75 to the FOWLER AVENUE exit #265. This exit is also the exit for the University of South Florida. Bear left on the exit ramp, and it will lead you directly onto Fowler Avenue. Proceed west on Fowler Avenue to McKinley Drive. (McKinley Drive is the first light past the main entrance to the University.) Turn left onto McKinley. Proceed south on McKinley to parking and the main entrance to the park
